I've been "living" on EBT ...God luck. I've been "living" on EBT and no money for a few years. It's ok when you have a place to cook. But homeless is tougher because you buy more expensive, ready-to-eat stuff. I'm assuming you'll cheat and have some meals elsewhere.. I'll spend 15 food stamps on a good meal sometimes. But here is a tip.. Black beans and raman noodles, mix with high nutrition spices. If you eat 1 meal a day, 30 bucks can get you maybe 20 meals. Almost a month! Hey, wish me luck too. I'm down to 40 bucks until the tenth of December. I was depressed and said screw my budget, I'm getting a big meal.
